Being a professional artist, I tend to express fondness for things by drawing pictures of them. This, of course, holds true for Fushigi Yuugi as well. You'll find a nice big collection of art below; I've even rated each picture from "G" to "R" in terms of, well... "hotness." Most of the images are obviously of Chichiri, but there are some of Tasuki, Tamahome, and Mitsukake as well. I'm sure I'll be adding the other characters as I draw new pictures.
You'll also notice that my style alternates between anime and manga. I like both, so whatever I'm in the mood to draw is what ends up on paper. If you've got requests, I can draw pretty much anyone doing pretty much anything. Drop me a line at: ladymiliicent @ aol.com.

One of my first black and white Chichiri illustrations. I was inspired to do these because I got some Japanese deleter screens at Anime Boston, so I wanted to do some kickass manga-style stuff. Here's Chichiri getting a little bit drunk at some bar in our world. Ah, if only.
Here's another result of me playing around with deleter screens.
*Snif* don't you just want to give him a hug? I'm trying to capture a bit of his tragic past here; the lighting is embarrasingly rife with symbolism. I guess I can't shake art school as easily as I'd hoped...heh.
Here's me, your humble webmistress, fawning over her favorite character. And he is, appropriately, extremely confused. Haha.
Tasuki, Chichiri and Tama during their wanderings.
Classic Chichiri, mask and all.
MIIITTTSSSSUUUUKAAAAAKEEEE! He's underappreciated, even though he rocks. Although he never seems to be there when the Seishi need him... *cough*Nuriko*cough*
Iiiit's Disco Mits! I made this sketch on a little piece of paper whilst at "Rock and roll sushi" with some friends. Rock and Roll sushi is like a late-night reduced price weekend thing at a local restauraunt, where they turn on the blacklights (which equals glowing rice...groovy) and blast various music. Anyway, they were playing lots of disco and I started sketching Mitsukake and my friend suggested that he'd be a great disco dancer. And so, here he is.
"Why, are those flowers for me? Oh, you shouldn't have!"
Chichiri kicking ass. He is easily the most powerful of the Seishi, except for Tamahome when he goes all "super-saiyan." And, of course, Nuriko has Chichiri beat when it comes to brute strength.
Ah, fishing. This is one of the first pictures I drew of Chichiri (the previous ones aren't on this site, and never will be) and you can tell-- his face is a little off. But I love the pose and the colors, so here it is regardless.
Yup, I'm insane. Here are some figures I made out of Sculpey, then painted. Some details are made of metal and cardboard. You'll find six of the seishi...but no Tamahome, yet. Mitsukake is tallest at 4.75 inches.

Reclining in the palace. Rowr. If only the real world was like anime... sigh.
Entering my blue period, I guess. Heh. I like his face in this one.
Leaning against a tree. Why are his pants undone? Consensus is, he just got done taking a dip in the lake and got all reflective while getting dressed. Or something. I really like the colors in this one; it's got sort of a nice, muted spring scheme.
Yay! Someone other than Chichiri! It's Tamahome, drawn as per request of my friend--you can see this same friend getting all dolled up as Yui on the cosplay page.
This is my "almost porn" image. Hey, you can't see anything! It is, however, pretty suggestive. ::shrugs:: what can I say? He's hot...muahahaha.
